Markle and Kimberly Williams-Paisley enjoyed lunch together on Sunday at Tre Lune in Montecito, California.
“They had a delightful time, chatting and laughing,” a source shared with People magazine. “The duo kept it low-key and was not disturbed by other patrons.”

It is unclear when Markle and Williams-Paisley first crossed paths, but the two share many similarities.
Both are Northwestern University alumni, with Williams-Paisley graduating in 1993 and Markle in 2003. They also both have experience within the Hollywood industry due to their acting careers.
Williams-Paisley gained fame with her role in “Father of the Bride” in 1991. She is also recognized for her performances in “We Are Marshall” and the sitcom “According to Jim.”

Markle gained fame as a briefcase model on season two of “Deal or No Deal.” She later starred in “Suits” and appeared in smaller roles in “Horrible Bosses” and “Remember Me.”

These two women also share spouses who are well-known in their own fields.
Williams-Paisley has been married to country music star Brad Paisley since 2003. They have two sons named William and Jasper. Markle married Prince Harry in 2018, and they have two children: Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Markle and Prince Harry have been settling into their life in the U.S. after leaving royal duties behind in 2020. Markle hasn’t visited the U.K. since the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022. She attended the funeral alongside Prince Harry, leaving their children in the U.S.
There has been much speculation about a potential return of Harry and Meghan to the U.K., but according to reports, that is not anticipated to happen soon.
Recently, Markle traveled to the Hamptons on Friday to attend a summit with influential women to reportedly gain insights for her new lifestyle business, American Riviera Orchard, as reported by Page Six. Gwyneth Paltrow and Reese Witherspoon were among the high-profile attendees at the event.

Harry has made several visits back to the U.K. for various events while Markle remained in the U.S. He attended King Charles III’s coronation and visited his father after the king’s cancer diagnosis.
Prince Harry’s visit to England following the diagnosis was brief, according to a royal expert who shared insight with Fox News Digital at that time.
“His stay lasted 24 hours; he spent 45 minutes with his father, and then he flew back — making an announcement to the media after the king’s statement was released. It appears he was informed beforehand, yet he did not see his sister-in-law or their nieces and nephews, despite them also coping with a stressful health recovery,” noted Shannon Felton Spence. “It’s tough to see it as anything but an image fix for Harry. That saddens me, as I had hoped this would be the catalyst for him to realize the needed changes.”

Although relations are strained between Prince Harry and his family, he is reportedly set to receive an inheritance from his great-grandmother on his 40th birthday, September 15. The Queen Mother passed away at 101 and allegedly placed two-thirds of her estimated $120 million fortune into a trust.
Harry is expected to inherit $8.5 million from his share, according to the U.K.’s Mirror. This amount is reportedly greater than what Prince William received on his own 40th birthday.
“It appears Prince Harry has come out ahead regarding the trust,” British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard told Fox News Digital. “The discrepancy in the distribution is thought to be due to the perceived future financial prospects of both Prince William and Prince Harry.”
