• Strip club has devised an innovative strategy to draw patrons during the Games
  • Adult venue is situated merely 19 kilometers from the athletes’ village

Australian athletes, their teams, and journalists present for the 2024 Olympic Games have received a distinctive proposal from a Parisian strip club.

An adult cabaret and dining establishment named Secret Square is inviting attendees of the Games to visit by providing complimentary entry.

This venue, situated just 19 kilometers from the athletes’ village, specializes in the art of ‘French striptease’ and remains open until 4 AM.

“While in Paris, athletes, their teams, and journalists won’t incur any entrance fees,” a representative stated to TMZ.

Those wishing to access the special offer need to display their Olympic credentials to gain entry.

During the opening ceremony, Secret Square showcased 25 of its finest dancers performing a sports-themed act on stage.

This bold initiative arises as Olympic supporters at live Games events have observed challenges in purchasing alcoholic beverages.

A law enacted in 1991 in France prohibits the sale of alcohol within stadiums unless accompanied by a meal, meaning only those dining in VIP sections can enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or other stronger beverages.

Alcohol-free beer is an option for those in need, though it can fetch a hefty price of $13AUD for a 500mL serving.

Fans of the Matildas may find themselves searching for a place to celebrate following their thrilling 6-5 triumph over Zambia on Monday morning.

The matchup between the Matildas and their African counterparts boasted an astounding total of 11 goals, with the World Cup semi-finalists trailing by three goals at one point in what seemed to be a disastrous outcome that would nearly seal their early elimination.

However, late goals from Steph Catley and Michelle Heyman brought Tony Gustavsson’s squad back into the game and secured all three points, keeping their Olympic aspirations alive.

Cleary, dating Manchester City star Fowler, also tuned in for the dramatic match and expressed his joy at the final result.

Cleary posted a photo of Fowler on his television screen, captioning it with ‘comeback’ accompanied by a clapping emoji.

Having a reputation for executing dramatic comebacks on the football field, Cleary played a crucial role in leading Penrith to victory in last year’s grand final against the Brisbane Broncos.

Gustavsson celebrated their victory but noted that the performance once again left much to be desired.

The lone concern after their 3-0 defeat against Germany just a few nights before in Marseille was securing an invaluable victory.

This victory still provides the Matildas with a potential path to the quarter-finals, although they might need at least a point against the formidable USA team in their final match to guarantee a spot in the last eight.
