A virtual event titled “White Dudes for Harris” is scheduled for Monday evening, aimed at garnering support for Vice President Kamala Harris among White men, has drawn significant mockery and criticism on social media.

“More than 10,000 White men from various parts of the country are anticipated to participate in this initiative this week to welcome Vice President Harris into the presidential race and pledge their support for her election,” the sign-up form indicated.

“We refuse to let the MAGA faction pressure other White men into endorsing a hateful and divisive ideology because under MAGA, everyone loses,” the form elaborated. “As White individuals, we recognize our positive and impactful role in America’s collective future, and it starts with us cutting through the MAGA rhetoric and reminding those who have misappropriated American symbols what the true essence of America is.”

The upcoming meeting for “White Dudes” follows previous virtual gatherings targeting White women, Black women, and Black men. Other demographic-specific discussions supporting Harris, the presumed Democratic nominee, have included South Asians and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Conservative talk radio host Jason Rantz believes that the “condescending” initiative for White men is destined for failure.

“There’s nothing more ‘progressive’ than self-hating White guys with low self-esteem, man buns, and a gender studies degree from SUNY Binghamton thinking that by signing up for something as condescending as this, they’ll finally make their first Black female friend and perhaps snag a date. This qualifies as ‘trying too hard’ and is likely to backfire,” Rantz told Fox News Digital.

Social media platforms have swiftly filled with memes ridiculing the “White Dudes for Harris,” with many insinuating that the participants would be submissive and weak.

“This will be the most Beta gathering in history,” retorted one critic.

Liberal “Star Wars” actor Mark Hamill announced on X that he will be a speaker, joined by progressives like Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., “Frozen” star Josh Gad, and others. Popular X account Burt Macklin humorously questioned, “Luke, what would the Jedi council think about you joining a segregated group like this?”

The virtual event has also been branded as “racist” and “cringeworthy.”

“It’s all about race with you guys,” posted another detractor.

The sign-up form for White Dudes for Harris does not clarify whether non-White men can participate, but the group’s official social media accounts have shared messages claiming “everyone is welcome.”

As of early Monday, White Dudes for Harris reported that over 75,000 people had registered for the virtual event, and $325,000 had been raised by the group. They aim to reach 100,000 participants by the 8 p.m. ET start time.

Many others on X have criticized and mocked the “White Dudes for Harris”:
