Alina Habba, a legal representative for former President Donald Trump, accused Vice President Kamala Harris of violating the law by “co-conspiring” to conceal President Biden’s cognitive decline during a rally speech on Wednesday.
Habba made these remarks to a gathering of Trump supporters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a senior adviser for Trump’s re-election campaign.
“President Trump has been and remains innocent of any wrongdoing, except for his love for this country,” Habba stated.
“Let me address you, Kamala,” she continued. “You are committing a crime because the only co-conspirator I recognize within the Biden-Harris administration is you, and you have misled us regarding President Biden for the past three and a half years.”

Alina Habba claimed Vice President Kamala Harris was “committing a crime” during a speech supporting Trump in Pennsylvania.
The audience erupted in cheers as Habba made her statements.
“The truth always emerges,” she remarked. “So let me clarify for you, America. Her policies are the same as those we’ve endured for the last three and a half years, so don’t get it confused. They are ineffective.”

Trump and Harris have been exchanging barbs in the lead-up to the 2024 presidential election.
Biden withdrew from the race earlier in July after concerns regarding his age grew.
He subsequently endorsed Harris.
