Authorities have identified the three individuals who tragically lost their lives in a car accident that occurred on a cliff in California on Friday.
The victims were 29-year-old Mohammad Noory and 28-year-old Angelica Gacho, both from San Francisco. Additionally, 36-year-old Brylyn Aroma from Fort Riley, Kansas, was also confirmed as one of the deceased by the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office, as reported locally.
KGO-TV reported that a gray two-door sedan went off Highway 1 in San Mateo County, plunging down a cliff near the Tom Lantos Tunnels around 11:40 a.m.
The highway experienced temporary closures due to the incident but has since been reopened.

Recovery efforts faced challenges on Friday due to high tide conditions and cold water temperatures, which led to the car being recovered on Saturday, reported KTVU FOX 2.
The cliff, commonly referred to as “Devil’s Slide” by locals, rises about 300 to 400 feet high and is notorious for its treacherous roads.
