Pierce Brosnan expresses his deep affection for his wife.
To commemorate their 23rd wedding anniversary, Brosnan took to social media to post a beautiful collage of memories with his wife, Keely Shaye Smith.
“Happy 23rd anniversary my darling Keely, my beautiful brown-eyed girl, my north, my south, my east, and west. All my love, if I should fall behind, wait for me,” he shared on Instagram.
The collage includes images of Brosnan and Smith hand-in-hand and sharing warm embraces on the beach, both from their past and present, alongside photos highlighting the journey they’ve taken together over the years.

The “James Bond” star and Smith first crossed paths in 1994 during an unexpected meeting in Mexico. They tied the knot in August 2001 in Ireland, welcoming their sons Dylan and Paris during their marriage. Brosnan also has three children from his first marriage to Cassandra Harris.
With Harris, he had a son named Sean, along with two other children, Charlotte and Christopher, from her previous marriage, whom Brosnan adopted.

Brosnan and Harris were married for 11 years before her passing from ovarian cancer in December 1991. Years later, in 2013, their daughter Charlotte would also lose her battle with ovarian cancer at the age of 42.

Smith also took to Instagram to honor her husband of 23 years, sharing wedding day photos alongside the quote, “You are the finest, loveliest, tenderest person I have ever known.”

“Happy Anniversary my love @piercebrosnanofficial,” her post continued. “Here’s to the next 23 years together. May they be filled with creativity, adventures, love, inspiration, and joy. Time flies on love’s wings.”
In a conversation with Fox News Digital in December 2023, Brosnan revealed the key to sustaining their relationship in Hollywood, a place known for fleeting marriages.

He mentioned that they genuinely “like” and “love each other plenty,” which has allowed them to evolve together throughout their journey.

“We’ve traveled a long road and endured many hardships as families do,” he noted. “Witnessing someone grow up and age alongside you is a deeply spiritual experience. Observing each other change over time—whether it’s hair or waistline—is part of it, but it’s all about the love in the heart.”
