The latest addition to Aberdeen’s summer signings, who is currently awaiting a work permit, developed his skills in the youth system at local club Hajduk and has played for Croatia at the under-21 level.
After a loan back to the Split club from City, he was also loaned to Oostende in Belgium, Getafe in Spain, and Kortrijk in Belgium before making a permanent switch to Troyes.
Palaversa managed to make just nine appearances for the French club, despite their relegation to Ligue 2, with Aberdeen highlighting that his time there was hampered by injuries.
Now, he is eager to fill the void at Pittodrie, especially with Dante Polvara and Leighton Clarkson both sidelined due to injuries.
